Add support for RedHat 8.10

Please consider adding support for RedHat 8.10 otherwise kubeadmin fails to execute installation Exception: <ip_addr> running on unknown rhel version. Expected ['7.5', '7.6', '7.7', '7.8', '7.9', '8.4', '8.6', '8.7', '8.8', '8.9', '9.2'], got '8.10' Also - latest RedHat 9 is 9.4 please consider adding support for 9.3 and 9.4 as well.
