Change Simulator Widget default settings

Describe the bug At the moment: save-data, reduced-motion, and do-not-track are activated by default

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the widget on the demo page

Expected behavior save-data, reduced-motion, and do-not-track are deactivated when the widget is first opened.
