Support for Lambert Conformal Conic 1SP projection

Currently this library supports the Lambert Conformal Conic 2SP projection, but the 1SP version doesn't seem to be supported. Here are some coordinate systems using it:

• http://epsg.io/27571
• http://epsg.io/27572
• http://epsg.io/27573
• http://epsg.io/27574

Transformations using these systems will throw Projection Lambert_Conformal_Conic_1SP is not supported. Would it be possible to add support for this?

Just a +1 on this as this just threw up on me today when working on some European countries (inc France)
