Hi,

This might be an issue with the Avalonia HtmlRenderer that this lib uses, or it might be an issue with MarkdownSharp, I'm not sure. Would need more debugging; just looking at it, my gut reaction is that it's probably the HTML renderer. You might be able to adjust your Markdown to avert the issue.
