bitmap drawings don't load automatically in hubnet clients - must exit and come back to see them

can observe in attached games template - run a game by

1. launch broadcast
2. listen clients and have a client join
3. launch game
4. setup panel - this loads a bitmap image to the view, which won't appear in the client.

if you then exit and re-enter, the client (and immediately, all other connected clients) will see the bitmap
