Add nameTemplate for identityGroup

Describe the solution you'd like Currently, the initiatorGroup name is formed from the hostname and UID of the TridentVersion resource. I would like to be able to manage the initiatorGroup name. It would be possible to do this by analogy with the existing nameTemplate parameter, which is used to manage the volume name.
