Add nameTemplate for lun

Describe the solution you'd like Trident now allows you to set a naming template for Volume. However, there is no way to change the name of the lun (by default, the name of the lun is lun0). I suggest adding the lunNameTemplate parameter, similar to the existing nameTemplate parameter.
