Create ability for tridentctl to integrate with different Azure clouds such as Microsoft Azure Government (MAG)

Describe the solution you'd like tridentctl appears to have endpoints for Microsoft Azure Commerical hard-coded into the binary. Since there are multiple Microsoft clouds: Commercial, Government, Top Secret, etc there needs to be accommodation to change the endpoints from "management.azure.com" and "login.microsoftonline.com" to "management.azure.us" and "login.microsoftonline.us" respectively

Describe alternatives you've considered Deploying with the operator is successful, however since "tridentctl" still needs to be used to create the backend pool it is impossible to provision the environment.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. We are working on determining the best way to provide support for multiple MS Azure endpoints.
