Fiber Channel support
We would like parity between iscsi and fiber channel support. We use both Solidfire iscsi and NetApp AFS700s fiber channel, not fiber channel over ethernet.....
Please update on roadmap and timeline.
Bryan - FC support is on the roadmap but doesn't have a commit date quite yet. Stay tuned, we'll update the community as soon as we're able to forecast. Thanks for your interest and support.
FC support is crucial for our production adoption for many workloads. Please consider adjusting the priority. We need to know what we can rely on as soon as possible. Our whole production rollout depends on our ability to most efficiently utilize our storage solution.

It seems that we are getting ZERO communication on this issue. We are likely to abandon use of Trident since we cannot even get a soft date for the roadmap of when FC support might be available. NetApp has really dropped the ball here. This might even be enough to consider other options in our hardware/software refresh due in about a year.
The goal is to address this roadmap item as we clear the backlog of prior customer requests. You may wish to work with your account team to escalate your request.
Since this last post, has there been any further discussion on the topic of FC support by Trident ?

FC support is evaluated periodically. As was mentioned previously, it is best to work with your account team to escalate feature requests like FC support.
Hello, this has been open for a significant period of time now. I know this is not an easy feature to implement, but I would like to ask what the status is regarding the implementation of this feature.
