Update dashboards to work with Grafana 8.3+

@Chris Grindstaff we tried grafana 8.3.7 but it broke gradient gauges in the dashboards. BTW our issue with missing data was due to not fully understanding grafana min step/resolution. Thanks!

found a fix/workaround with grafana 8. we need to set overwrite for min/max when using gradient gauge in a table cell.

grafana 8.4.3. NetApp Detail: Network - Details ==> Ethernet ports gradient gauge not working without setting min/max image

After adding min/max it works. image
