Unified Manager (AIQUM) as data source for clusters

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. With more than 100 clusters there is a lot of work to keep the harvest.conf updated.

Describe the solution you'd like Harvest connects to AIQUM to get a list of all clusters (maybe with the possibility to filter by annotations). Afterwards it is using this list to connect to every single cluster and gather all the performance / health information.

Currently UM RESTAPI does not provide the cluster credentials. Don't know if UM will have a plan to expose the cluster credentials (security concern).

Should we consider the cluster list first and let the customers to fill the credentials?

@ruanruijuan Sorry for the late answer. Yes, let the customer decide for the credentials in harvest.conf (basic / cert). I assume the most customers with a large set of clusters will use a different account for Harvest (read only) than for UM (write)
