Inaccurate metadata Display because poller_status is unavailable in Docker

While addressing issue #2621, it was observed that the metadata dashboard utilizes poller_status for two panels: the Pollers count and the Poller table showing status. Metric poller_status is not available in a Docker environment, leading these panels to display inaccurate data.
