Failed Mass offset search for PAL (without PTMProphet): PeptideProphet Error Message

I am trying to search my PAL dataset with the Mass offset workflow to precisely assign the sites of labeling. I encountered the PeptideProphet error message and don't know how to address it properly, so any of your help is greatly appreciated.
