Adding PSMs per flex

Hello, When running FragPipe on my TMT data, I noticed that it only gives one NumberPSM column when I have two or three TMT plexes. How do I tell how many PSM are coming from each TMT plex? Would it be possible to added additional columns so we know how many PSM there are for plex A, B or C? Cheers, Owen
