Got trouble when using two_pass_search of Fragpipe

Hi, It's very thankful to develop two_pass_search methods, and it's very helpful to discover some novel peptides. I tried this workflow first time, it worked well. But when I tried it the second time, some errors happened. WriteSubMzml processing was interrupted. I don't know what's wrong with it. Here are log files and configuration when I ran it.

It currently doesn't support ddaPASEF .d files: https://github.com/Nesvilab/FragPipe/issues/1417

Thank you for your response. Is it helpful to transfer .d files to other formats? If so, which format would you recommend transferring them to?

It won’t help. But we will support ddaPASEF soon.
