SaintExpress Analysis after GPF-DIA?

I am trying to run SAINT analysis after searching CONTROL (n=4) vs GENE1 (n=4) in my AP-MS dataset. I am using GPF-DIA data and have loaded the DIA-Umpire_Spec_Quant Workflow and a previously generated spectral library. The search was successful, but I am having trouble running SAINT afterwards. Can I please get some guidance? I do not see a tutorial or workflow anywhere as well?

The SAINTExpress does not support DIA workflow. We will fix it in the future.

I am confronting myself with the same issue. Is there any alternative to conduct this analysis? maybe directly with the software SAINTexpress?
