Saved settings on FragPipe-PDV

Hi all,

I was wondering if it is possible to save presets in PDV. I was looking at the documentation but could not find anything relevant (maybe my Google-Fu isn't that great).

For example: I usually like to have the Intensity column showing up in the PSM-list and run precursor ions as well as losses in the spectrum-window. Would this be possible to implement, either as saved settings in FragPipe itself or maybe in form of some user_config file that either PDV or FragPipe can access?
