Feature request: Specifying multiple fasta files

Dear developers,

Describe the issue or question I found an old issue #396 were you said that you will discuss internally if you add multiple fasta support to FragPipe. I didn't find an answer if you decided against adding it or if it was simply forgotten. In case you haven't already decided to not add this feature, I wanted to ask if you would consider adding it now.

In our daily facility operations we usually use multiple different Fasta files for FragPipe. We have a custom contaminants file, plus we sometimes add the sequence of synthetic constructs that are present in a sample. Currently we use scripts to combine multiple fasta files into one single file. However, especially for documentation purposes it would be much more convenient if one could specify multiple fasta files (each probably with its own decoy entries), and the name of these files would be added to the FragPipe params file.
