背景：当前有两个项目，一个是taro项目（小程序），一个是react项目（H5）。希望开发一个公用组件库，两个项目都能引入组件。看了taro 2.0的 build --ui，是可以编译两套代码的。但是3.0之后没有build --ui。要如何搭建这样的组件库？求思路，感谢
