[Bug]: Low GPU utilization when training via UI

What happened?

I'm experiencing the same problem mentioned on this discussion topic. Opening an issue for visibility. My GPU is an AMD 6900XT (not sure if it's only an AMD GPU issue). When running training from GUI, GPU utilization sits at ~10-20%. If I export the config and run from the command line, then GPU utilization is 100%.

What did you expect would happen?

GPU utilization when training from the GUI or command line should be identical.
