[Bug]: HunyuanVideo Samples pixelate and distort at values close to or above 75 tokens

What happened?

When sampling with HunyuanVideo, if you are not careful with the token length of the prompt, the result will be a distorted and pixelated image or video. A test prompt that works fine on SDXL or Chroma can suddenly fail with HunyuanVideo.

What did you expect would happen?

The sample would generate without distortions without human intervention to shorten the prompt to 70 tokens or so.
