Incompatibility with mobile

This plugin is incompatible with mobile. I assume this is not easily fixed, so it would be helpful to mark the plug-in as "Desktop Only" to clarify such.

Neofetch and other silly commands

Just adding a `neofetch` command that displays some fake system information like the neofetch command on linux, or a `cowsay` command, just some more silly things
