Auto-create Teams

It would be really cool if the syncing could also create teams on PADherder that reflect your current in-game teams. It looks like PADherder's API would support creating/modifying teams. The friend_leader is required when creating teams, so maybe just duplicate the leader of the team since that might be close enough to right. Although PADherder seems to only allow 5 team groups, so maybe that requires us going into our account and creating a new group that is PADListener.
