Compatibility with legacy devices (2.3.5+)... Maybe a fork, at least?

It's been a while since the app first launched, so I thought I'd check back in and see if compatibility with Gingerbread devices (2.3.5+) is possible, even in a non-official, "use-at-your-own-discretion" forked version... Or are the functions and APIs required just not possible with the legacy environments?

I know it's probably getting rarer with each passing day to run into someone who's still using a Gingerbread device, but we are still out there! (Depending on the carrier, like in my case, it's one way to avoid that additional $10/month service charge for "4g data usage" here on Sprint, because the phone (a Moto XPRT) is right on the cut-off at what they consider a "smartphone" or not, even though it technically is. Or we just don't have the cash to upgrade to a new phone, for whatever reason.

I can't personally make it work on <4 devices. I've never worked with these versions, I don't have such devices to do proper tests and I simply don't have enough time.

GungHo itself will stop supporting <4 Android devices early next year (talked about on reddit).

In any case, in someone wants to submit a patch, or to maintain a fork, it's possible through GitHub.

I'll keep this issue opened for discussion.
