Create master server
As we know, the IV:MP master server is dead. We need to create new master server.
Changed address of master server in 4dc0134249ffa774b4c50e74e1462dba7eaafa4a
It looks like currently it throws error(no data received), but the server-side(adding server to list) works.
Do you know what the master server was written in? I can create something in NodeJS/MeteorJS if you'd like.
The original master server was written in PHP. I rewrited it, but there are some problems with the c++ code. It can posts requests, but it can't get response.
