Improving Channel and Connection interfaces

Using connection interface as a return type for dial to be used in tests, this way an interface can be used instead of a concrete type when using the amqptest Connection Dial method
Added IsClosed method to Channel and Connection tests to them
Fixed some linter warnings

@gabo1208 I have no permission on this repo anymore and this project is unmaintained at the moment. It's better to maintain your own fork, maybe explain why in your own README.

@matheusvill @ppizarro can you guys archive this project and add a NOTICE to the readme saying it's abandoned?
