Neo-Store 1.0.5 cannot update Neo-Backup to version 8.3.7.
Neo-Store 1.0.5 cannot update Neo-Backup to version 8.3.7. This is almost identical to Issue #614 in how Neo-Store acts when it attempts to update itself and fails. I.e., it downloads the update but just loops on the install.
APKs from F-Droid and Izzy-Droid install manually just fine. As well, F-Droid updates from 8.3.6 to 8.3.7 just fine.
Note that the F-Droid update of Neo-Backup 8.3.7 does not work (the Izzy-Droid version works fine), and that may be related to Neo-Store not being able to do the update of Neo-Backup as there may be something in the apk that is causing the issue, assuming the same apk is used for the update by Neo-Store and by F-Droid.
This was tried multiple times on Pixel 8, Evolution-X 13. Rooted, using root installer.
