[Feature Request] Option to make icon background transparent

Problem Description

Lawnchair has an option to make the background of themed icons transparent. This makes for a very pretty and sleek desktop.

Proposed Solution

Enable option in setting to make the icon backgrounds transparent. I'm not sure if this only works for themed icons, but with lawnchair icons or pixel material themed icons the background is the same for every icon anyway.
