Backup restore doesn't restore any widgets (A10 -> A13)

Description

When restoring from a backup (made on A10) the widgets are not restored at all on A13 (and A12).

Expected Behavior

Widgets should be restored as well.

Actual Behavior

No widgets present at all after a restore. They can still be added manually as usual.

I would expect some of the widgets to fail on crDroid because some of the packages have different names but at least the 3rd-party widgets from identical packages that have already been installed should have been restored.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a backup (on A10)
2. Restore the backup on A12 or A13

Device and OS

• Device: starlte -> lemonadep
• Android version: 10 (starlte) -> 12 and 13 (lemonadep)
• Launcher version: v0.9.3 (build 934) on both
• Rom: /e/ OS 1.4 (starlte) -> /e/ OS 1.5 (A12 and A13 versions), crDroid v9.0 (A13)

What is the size of your backup files? I'm noticing on 0.9.3 that my backup file size is only 173 or 174B, obviously not enough to hold all of my configurations. Backups on my device is broken all together, including through seedvault.

The wallpaper makes usually the most of the backup size

Im pretty sure I didnt backup my wallpaper because its just the default one on my phone.
