Launcher failed, backups won't work

Description

Turned on my phone this morning and all my home screen apps and folders were gone, nothing left but the stock apps. I tried to restore from multiple backups but none worked. What could have caused it is that I installed a work profile a while ago and last night I added an app from the work profile to a folder. After restart Neo Launcher must have failed when it couldn't find the app (Being that work mode is off). Backups were from before I had a work profile, so perhaps that's why the backups don't work now that I have a work profile.

Expected Behavior

Work mode apps in folders grey out when unavailable

Actual Behavior

Neo launcher lost all preferences and can't restore from backup

Steps to Reproduce

1.add a work profile with Sheltre on android 12. 2. Add an app from your work profile to a folder on your home page 3. restart.

Outside Factors

I have used Developer options to change the Smallest width, but this didn't cause crashes before.
