Display glitch with icon size and folder interaction

Description

Using the "Cover Mode" desktop folder setting causes clipping issues with icons

Expected Behavior

Should be complete icon without cuts

Actual Behavior

Cover icon gets the vertical sides cut depending home screen settings

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set home screen to 5 or more columns with icon size of 115%+
2. Make a desktop folder
3. Set Cover Mode to on
4. Vertical sides are cut on icon

Device and OS

• Device: Nubia RedMagic 7
• Android version: 12.0
• Launcher version: 0.9.2
• Rom: RedMagic 3.16
