Feature request: Change web app icons on home screen

Description

In many custom launchers, when you use your web browser to "install" a web app (which is just adding the shortcut to the Fullscreen website) you can change the icon in the long press menu. That functionality is not available in Neo Launcher.

Expected Behavior

After adding a web app to the home screen, that icon's long press menu should have an option to customize it so you can change the icon.

Actual Behavior

Right now, there is a long press menu already, but there are no customization options available.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open web browser of choice (Firefox or Bromite in my case)
2. Navigate to your preferred web app (crypt.ee in my case)
3. Add or "install" that website to the home screen via the browser's settings
4. Navigate back to the home screen where the web app is located
5. Long press on the app and check out the current options
