[Feature Request] Fix Sort & Filter behavior and UI

Problem Description

Currently the filter function is confusing, some of them are like check boxes (allow multiple), but the others are like radio button (single only). The UI for both of them are the same, indistinguishable.

Proposed Solution

I propose:

• For sort, use radio buttons only
• For filter, use check box only, thus removing "All apps" options. We can check all the options for this. So the options will be fewer.
