Describe the bug

As discussed with @machiav3lli, I send this in as a bug report (as no other type seems to fit). There are some details that could need an update in the FAQ:

Expected Behavior

• Full support for paid apps that must normally be installed through the Market!
  some apps only work if they were installed from PlayStore, i.e. their "installer" property is the "vending" app.
• Market “auto updating” manager, to easily verify, enable or disable auto updates on several apps at once!
  This stopped working long ago. It allowed you to exclude selected apps from being updated by the PlayStore app, by "cutting its ties". Years ago, PlayStore decided to scan all installed apps and decide by itself what to update and what not.
