[Feature Request] Report to external facility

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe it. As suggested in #655, report backup states to an external facility.

Describe the primary solution Report backup states like "backup started", "backup successful" and "backup failed" independent of Android notifications to an external syslog server.

Describe alternative solutions, if any Reporting to MQTT would also do. Or maybe just to the local Android log.
