[Feature Request] Additional schedule conditions

Description

If the device is low on battery, scheduled backup will drain the remaining battery and eventually shutdown, leaving an incomplete and possible corrupt backup.

Suggestion

Additional conditions to schedule backups:

• On Charging
• Skip if battery low
• Only if battery X% or above

Not only because of corrupted backups but also not to miss alarms (my backups are scheduled in the night). With Neo Backup it is not that bad for my as with Titanium, but sometimes it is even enough, when you forget to charge before the scheduled backup.

Additional conditions that would be good for scheduled backups is "when internet is available," "when connected to unmetered wifi" (for Rclone/round-sync users).

Also, options for what to do if the condition is unmet:

• Skip this scheduled backup
• Retry every X minutes (for XX attempts)

That way, for example, you could schedule a backup at midnight only if the phone is charging; if one time it is midnight and the phone is not charging, then NB can check again for if the phone is charging to start the backup, intermittently over the next hour.
