Feature: Include additional column in CSV output

The additional column gives the total amount of vendor checks that have been performed by VirusTotal. Thus one can judge the number of positives better.

If for example only the number of positives is given and in one check 30/30 flagged the hash and in a different check 30/60 this makes a huge difference in the interpretation of the result.
