[BUG] Manner System Censorship

Describe the bug Although the manner system still detects blocked words being used in chat, it cencors the wrong words.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Enable the following patches on 2021-01-07aRagexeRE (20201229 Loaded Date)

• Always load korea ExternalSettings lua file
• Disable filename check
• Remove hardcoded address/port
• Use Old Login Packet
• Go ingame and say the phrase "What the fuck"

Expected behavior Censor the words defined in the manner.txt, not anything else.

• Patch/Extension name Not sure if related to an actual patch. I only applied the bare minimum and it still occurs. Could also be a bug within the client itself.
• Build Dates affected 1.4
• OS Win 10 64bit
• Any other details relevant to the problem context Default manner.txt file will do

It's not an issue from the tool or any of the existing patches. I think they screwed up the code in that date.
