[BUG] Allow skill spam

It does not work with Rolling cutter or Dragon breath as far as my testings go, most skills ive tested worked but these 2 did not, i assume there are others who also do not work To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

it should spam every skill as often as allowed by your cooldowns / aftercast delay if button is pressed down
