[BUG] Enable proxy support on 20211103+

Describe the bug Can login with proxy, but never make it to character selection.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Diff with WARP
2. Patch enable proxy support
3. Try login with proxy. Select service. Then Please Wait message appear until Failed to Connect to Server

Expected behavior Should be able login and go to character selection with proxy

*Update nvm I've fixed the issue, make sure to enable "Disable OTP Login Packet"
