Diff modified exes

Maybe this is not the place for this question but i made a modification to the file "2015-05-13aRagexe.exe" (inject a DLL with Stud_PE) all seems work fine with that but when i try to diff the exe with NEMO get many errors (example in "Use Plain Text Descriptions" i get the error: "Failed in Step 1 - 'america' not found")

How can i adjust or correct this to make NEMO works with the modified EXE. I have no idea cause even with the inject the "2015-05-13aRagexe.exe" seems run fine but i can apply any diff.

You can't, you have to use an unmodified exe. Anyways, you can't use Stud_PE or the custom DLL patch to inject a DLL on new exes because since 2014 they have a built-in virtualization system that brokes when injecting a DLL and makes the exe useless. You can workaround this by injecting the DLL into another DLL. (DLLception lol)
