2015-11-04a Custom Job - Exe will not launch

With the 2015-11-04a client the exe will not launch at all and I do not get an error. I just click it, it loads, and nothing happens. Once custom job patch is removed, it launches.

Neo no longer support this project :'( sad that my server uses custom job and i cannot use this option on newer client.
