Incomplete games

Allow the option to record an incomplete game, one which was not played to completion. (Presumably such a game should not give any NemePoints or ranking, even if points were evaluated when the game was terminated)

Example game: https://nemestats.com/PlayedGame/Details/129812 — we played one chapter (a partial game) that night. Victory/loss will not be determined til we play again and finish the game.
