Maybe we can accomplish this in v12 with the `system` property being added
Just providing the option seems like an easier approach honestly
The actual application of effects in the aura will still need to be handled by the system. Plus the actual v12 release is months away xD

LA and LR could also be set as a property on the actor data itself but that would mean finding a place to display it.
