Search by characters, not by words

Instead of searching by whole words, it would be better to search by characters; ie. If I want to find a message with the word "warehouse", being able to find it through searching just "house", instead of "warehouse".

Send this suggestion for official Telegram app. Because it's upstream (it means official Telegram app) or server related suggestion and NekoX is just an unofficial app. @moshpirit
