Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Nekogram X without google services uses its own push service. Sometimes, it uses a lot of RAM, battery and may work bad (belated notifications).

Describe the solution you'd like Unified Push is a good solution for this problems, I think.

This requires Telegram to implement UnifiedPush on their servers. @danog over at Telegram-FOSS-Team/Telegram-FOSS#577 has expressed interest a few days ago to work on a proxy.

Actually, telegram server supports webpush, which is compatible with UnifiedPush :). So there is no need to change anything server side or to do a proxy
