Sticker sets drawer height is too small

Describe the bug Sticker sets drawer default height is too small compared to original Telegram.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any chat.
2. Click on the "sticker set" icon.
3. See error.

Logcat Not available.

Expected behavior The default height of sticker set drawer should within an acceptable range, or is similar to the original Telegram app.
