Changing Session Name

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Normally the name of Telegram session includes name of device, name of client and the region geosited to this IP. If IP can be tricked by proxy, name of device doesn't.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to have an option in Settings - Privacy and Security - Devices to rename at least the name of device. This option exists, for instance, in Kotatogram desktop client.

Describe alternatives you've considered The alternative is to rename the device - but it is not the easiest way taking into account all consequences.
