Incoming videocall does not shows video

Describe the bug When receiving incoming videocall and allow to share the video from front camera (any camera I think) - the screenn shows the signal is sending (two screens with two videos) but your interlocutor doesn't see any.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Ask somebody to make a videocall to you
  2. Answer on call
  3. Choose to share video.
  4. Your interlocutor doesn't see you.

Expected behavior Both sides should see each other.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Oneplus 7T Pro
  • OS: Android 11
  • Version v8.8.5-rc01

Additional context The only solution now is to reject the call and call by myself. Outgoing videocalls works OK for both sides.
