Message is hidden in "Replies" even when sender is not in ban list

Describe the bug When receiving a message in "Replies" about replies in comments to posts the message is hidden even when the author of reply is not blacklisted

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Comment any message.
2. Wait until somobody will reply to you in comments
3. "The message in Reply notification will be hidden always.

Expected behavior The message should be hidden when the sender is blacklisted only.
